Driving or riding as a passenger on a motorcycle can be both liberating and terrifying. It may be the magic combination of the two that makes driving or riding on a motorcycle so tempting. Regardless, every person has the right to health and safety on Worcester roads, even motorcyclists. However, motorcyclists can be the victim of a motorcycle accident that can cause serious injury or even death.

A Webster motorcyclist recently lost his life in a Worcester crash that involved his motorcycle and two passenger vehicles. The investigation is pending, but what is known is that the motorcyclist was traveling east on Chandler street. At some point, the motorcyclist came into contact with a Honda Accord, somewhere near the intersection of Chandler Street and Wellington Street. After that immediate impact, he then ricocheted into a Nissan Ultima that was heading west on Chandler Street.

Sadly, the motorcyclist suffered massive internal bleeding and chest trauma due to his injuries he suffered in the crash, which led to his death. The police are investigating just how the motorcycle accident happened, and what may have been the cause behind the crash. It’s possible that there were multiple factors at play the could have caused the crash.

When a member of the Worcester community is killed in situations like this, it seems so senseless, especially if it could have been prevented. Finding out the how and why is usually very important for loved ones and friends. If negligence is even so much as suspected, it should be fully investigated. It could impact how loved ones are affected financially.
