In addition, based on the situation and circumstances, trucking companies may also share in the responsibility to truck accident victims and their families. these may include, but are not limited to medical expenses, lost wages and pain and suffering damages.

It is important for truck accident victims and their families to be aware of resources available to them immediately following a truck accident to help address the struggles and challenges they face. Compensation may be available for the harm they have suffered because of the careless actions of a truck driver or other parties.
